This is a different kind of eclipse. Instead of a solar eclipse, this is an annular eclipse. In this kind, the moon doesn't fully hide the surface of the sun causing a disk-like ring around it. It will move over the Indian Ocean heading toward Indonesia and stopping at Mindanao.

there is going to be a partial eclipse where the moon comes between the sun and the earth. it can be seen in Africa, Madagascar, Australia, Southeast India, Southeast Asia and Indonesia.
this is a annaular eclipse so it dose not cover the entire surface of the moon and can be seen through out most of africa

The moon moves betweenthe earth and the sun but doesn't cover all of the sun's surface from the earth. We see sometimes an orange or bllod red ring. It will be seen from North and South America, europe, Africa and Antartica. It will happen Wednesday, October 27 and early morning Wednesday, October 28.
