the UVA UVB rays passes through your skin and kills the living skin cells. a sun burn is more than a little pinkness. it can mutate your cells causing skin cancer, wrinkled and leathery skin, brown sunspots, and cataracts. the sunburn amy take a to develope so take a little asprin to slow the development, drink water, take cool baths, and use moistureizers. but still wear sunscreen to aviod it anyway!

hey smax
The skin can burn because ultraviolet light from the sun goes through your skin and kills living cells that make new skin cells.A sun burn really causes your blood vessels to expand to allow more blood flow to the burned parts of the skin in return making your skin red and warm. Also the damaged skin cells send a message to your brain telling that they are injured, activating pain receptors which makes your skin sencetive to the touch. a sun burn can also mutate your skin cells making it more likly to get cancer, but when you are older there is less chance to get cancer because your cells aren't duplicating as quicklyas younger ones are. When you do have a burn the best way to treat it is to take an asprin at the first sign . Then drink lots of water, take cold baths, and put on some lotion.

Sunburns are very dangerous! They cause skin cancer, wrinkled/leathery skin, brown sunspots and cataracts. You get sunburns when UV rays kill skin cells that are supposed to make new skin. UVA and UVB both burn, but UVA just travels deeper in the skin. Getting sunburned is normal, you just have to treat them right. Soooo drink water, take cool baths. Use aloe vera, moisturizers, and hydrocortisone creams. Take aspirin right away. SEE your doctor if you get headaches, chills or fever. AND....ALWAYS WEAR SUNSCREEN!

-Sitting in the sun exposed allows UVA rays to pass through your skin killing the living cells.
-There are many affects that come from suburn. The mutated cells can cause skin cancer, wrinkled and leathery skin, sunspots, and cataracts.
-Taking asprin will slow the development of the sunburn. Drinking water and mousturizing daily will also help.

UV light rays pas though your skin and kills living cells that normally make new skin. a sunburn really causes blood vessels to expand and blood flow to increase to the burnt parts of your body. and the extra blood causes the skin to turn red and warm. the best way to treat a sunburn is to take asprin as soon as it happens and drink plenty of water. for 2 degree burns, take cool baths and use aloe vera and hydrocortisone creams.
