New technology and the ability to use EEG data have enabled the construction of a robot that acts out human behaviors. Click on the following link to view an article about this robot.

Do you think this machine can actually interpret dreams? Why or why not?

I can never remember my dreams. will this robot thing accually play back peoples dreams so they can see what they're dreaming aris it just something that you can't understand unless you are a scientist?

It's difficult to say. With our tecnology it seems something like this could happen, but our dreams are something in our mind that we ourselves can't even share because we forget what they are or we just don't realize we have them. If a robot can tell our dreams for ourselves I can't even imagine what is coming next in our world!
HaNnAh GiSs!!!
The robot mimics your movements. Based on the types of movement you demonstrate, scientists can determine the kind of dream you had. For example, a fearful dream would have more abrupt movement than a calm dream.
That makes sense Ms. Maxwell!

This wuld be cool. I think it would work .

This is Courtney from ur 5th hour i forgot my password but i do believe with our technologies today this could be possible The robot reads brainwaves and translates them into movement it may not always be the correct translation because new technologies sometimes have gliches but this is pretty neat!
Wow if they have invented a robot that interprets dreams maybe one day we will have something to record and playback our dreams. But i believe robots can very likley replay our dreams.

hey that is kinda creppy if you think about it no not really so i don't really get what it dose but i know that it like dose what you do in your dreams like sleep waling and stuff my brother sleeps walks alot it is really funny sarah dulaney
Some scientist recorded every brainwave activity and REM Sleep and then put the information in a robot. EEG data was used, but it was more complex. They used a Kondo KHR-2HV humanio robot. Deep stuff.

I dont even remember what i ate last night and if this robot can tell me what my dream was about that would be cool.I do think that they could make robots remember you dreams because it could take information from your brain dustin mitchell
I believe it's very possible for a robot to interpret my dreams. Scientists have created machines to show what people with disablities are thinking and what they are trying to say but are unable to. With that technology, I don't see way they wouldn't be able to interpret our thoughts while we are asleep.
That was really cool! I never remeber my dreams only bits and pices of it. Can this robot tell me my dreams when i wake up?
