The brain is the controll room as we all know. The cortex is the outer youngest layer of the brain. The neurons are the part of the brain that actually thinks and tells us what to do.

The cortex is the human thinking cap. It allows us to see, hear, touch, and speak. The cortex is full of neaurons. Neaurons transfer messages between each other. Their jobs are to communicate with one another.

The "old brain" controls emotion, helps build memory, heart rate, breathing, and forms intamite connections with "new brain" or the cortex. The cortex is the outer layer of the brain and gives us a "reality check" and it allows us to see, hear, touch, and speak. It is also known as our thinking cap. It controls our thoughts ideas and plans. This is where many nuerons are located. Nuerons job is to communicate with one another!
